GENERAL MEMBERSHIP

Our VXP Performance staff specializes in helping youth volleyball players increase their explosive jumping ability, lateral quickness, overall strength, & power development. The training modules are designed to target your individual athlete’s needs to allow them to gain faster results and establish a strong foundation in their biomechanics. (CHANGE TEXT) 

We also ensure that we put a major emphasis on injury prevention and help them keep their shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles strong and stable. The weight room, resistance bands, athletic recovery, and the Vertimax are all essential components of the training. Take advantage of private instruction or group classes that suit your athlete’s age and skill level.
